I know that buying online can be tricky if you can’t see the item in person before you buy, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. So I offer two kinds of returns.
If your purchase is damaged, I will replace it or refund your money. This is highly unlikely, as I inspect everything before I send it and pack it as securely as I can. Also remember that raw silk scarves are handwoven and that irregularities are part of their appeal. But if there is a problem, just send me the photo of the damage and I will arrange a refund or return.
If you buy an item and decide that it isn’t right for you, please let me know straight away. You can ship it back to me, in its original condition and packaging, at your expense, and I will ship you another one at my expense or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
