All materials stated in the workshop details on the website are included in the workshop fee. If you are required to bring additional materials or equipment to the workshop, I will make this clear in the joining instructions sent to you when you book.
Light refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits) are included for all workshops, but please bring your own lunch.
Your place on a workshop is not confirmed until I receive full payment.
I accept payment on our website via PayPal (you can pay by credit or debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account). If you prefer to make a bank transfer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for bank details.
I do not accept cheques.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel your place on a workshop, unfortunately the following cancellation charges apply:
- Cancellation 28+ days before workshop date: 50% of workshop fee unless I am able to resell the place.
- Cancellation less than 28 days before workshop date: 100% of workshop fee unless I am able to resell the place.
If you do need to cancel you are welcome to send another person in your place instead. This does not incur any fee – just tell me your replacement’s name and contact details as soon as possible.
Please note that “cancellation” includes needing to move your place from one booked workshop to another.
Cancellation by us
Most workshops are limited to a maximum of 8 students, and at least 6 students are needed to run a workshop. In the event of under-subscription, I reserve the right to cancel or rearrange a workshop. I will give you as much notice as possible if this happens, and you will be able to transfer to another workshop or receive a full refund. Unfortunately, I cannot be held liable for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of class cancellation.
I reserve the right to cancel or move a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness. If a workshop is cancelled I will contact you as soon as possible.
